Distribution

We are striving to provide better and more effective service to our customers, however products, prices, specifications, business terms (improvement, modification, cancellation) are subject to change without prior notice. Please check for delivered goods carefully. We accept complaints regarding our products within 3 days after delivery. The warranty depends on the type of product and usually (if not specified otherwise) is limited to use only by customers who purchased that product. In case of any claim for damage, compensation is limited to price of purchased product. Please be aware that our company is not responsible for any damage caused by defects in products.


Precautions for use

Pliers are produced from surgical stainless steel, which means it has the highest durability and strength. Although special steel is used in the tips to enhance plier features, in some cases tip material may rust due to contact with acid. Please avoid using antiseptic solutions containing acids and steam sterilization (autoclave). Wash plier using non-ionic ultrasonic cleaning solution and dry it well.

 

Warranty

A standard one-year warranty is available from the date of purchase and applies to joint failures, polishing defects and all kinds of defects in material. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by inappropriate sterilization and disinfection, undesignated use, tip sharpening or replacement as well as misuse and poor maintenance. Goods that were specifically designed to meet custmer needs cannot be returned.


Return of goods

If not specified otherwise, all goods can be returned within 30 days after purchase. Please feel free to contact our customer service staff. If not specified otherwise, only unused goods in their original packaging are subject to return. Enclose an invoice and statement explaining the reasons for return and send it to us as quickly as possible. We will consider condition of goods, trouble spots and decide whether the return or replacement is necessary or not.
In case of negative decision, goods will be returned to customer.1, Return after 30th passed away since goods arrived, 2, Custom-made, 3, When we judged that impossible of return, there is the thing that we add 20% request at the maximum. In case products were purchased through our distributor, please submit all inquiries regarding warranty and return of goods directly to that distributor, since we do not trace these sales.
